The Community Care Clinic of Dare was established to serve the lower-income, uninsured persons living or working in Dare county by providing access to basic healthcare and medications. The Clinic is committed to increasing accessibility to healthcare on the Outer Banks.
Our Mission
To empower individuals with limited financial resources to attain and maintain good health by providing basic medical care, prescription medications assistance and health education in a caring and respectful environment.
The Clinic is sponsored by the following organizations and is funded through community donations, public and private grants.
