Eligibility
To be eligible to receive services from the Community Care Clinic of Dare the patient must be between 18 and 65 years of age and:
-
Live or Work in Dare County
-
Have no health insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid OR have non-comprehensive health insurance.

Have income at or below 250% of the federal poverty level if living in Dare County
-
Have income at or below 225% of the federal poverty level if working in Dare County and living elsewhere
-
Have less than $3,000 cash on hand or in a bank, AND
-
Have household income less than the limits set forth in the Patient Eligibility guidelines.
